Tremendous sea view from the balcony and a very clean room. Layout lacks direct access to the pool area.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was nicely decorated and wonderful and had favourable location just off the scene and the outskirts of Ioulis, the main village of Kea. The rooms were modern and fashionable, with great view. The service was excellent and the pool was clean. Could use their easy parking.

The junior suite is new-fashioned and has a balcony, a kitchenette, and a CD player. As for me location is exceptionally nice, near Ioulis, the main village of Kea and the town '' plaza ''.

The views from the Junior Family Suite Sea View are amazing, overlooking the charming Chora Ioulida and the Aegean Sea. The location offers a unique charm, especially during sunset, a sight to behold.
Being up on the hill comes with its downsides. Walking back to the rooms from breakfast in the main building involved a long, steep trek that can be downright exhausting under the sun. The breakfast selection lacked variety, becoming repetitive after a few days. The pool situation is another letdown-while there's a small plunge pool, it doesn't have loungers or any space to relax, pushing you to trek another 300 meters to access the larger pool. Finally, some common areas felt isolated, which makes for a disjointed experience.

The rooms were modern and beautifully designed with magnificent views of the town and the sea side. Had exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in the common living area. Moreover, it was just next door to a special island, the center of Ioulis-Parking, and bars...

I loved my stay here thanks to the amazing views over the island and the convenience of being just a short walk away from the Archaeological Museum and local eateries, making it easy to get lost in the charm of Ioulis while enjoying the beautiful park-like areas nearby.

Fine views in Ioulis 🌅
What a lekker place! Our room had the most fine sea view and a comfy bed, made for amazing sundowners on the balcony. Brekkie was solid, with fresh cakes and coffee, and the manager was super helpful pointing us to local spots. Just lovely overall!

The views from our balcony were fine, but the breakfast got a bit repetitive. The steep hill to the rooms was a struggle, to be honest.
